The CPS an Influencer and Former Kickboxer, Faces 10 charges connected to Three Alleged Victims.

Andrew Tate, a 38-year-old influencer and former kickboxer, and his brother Tristan Tate, 36, are facing serious criminal charges in both the UK and Romania. Andrew faces 10 UK charges, including rape, assault, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution, involving three alleged victims. Tristan faces 11 charges, including rape and trafficking, related to one alleged victim. The allegations in the UK date back to 2012–2015.

The brothers, originally from the US, were first arrested in Romania in December 2022 on similar charges. They denied all accusations and spent months under house arrest. In 2024, additional allegations emerged in Romania, including sex with a minor and trafficking underage persons.

In March 2024, they were detained again after UK authorities issued an arrest warrant. However, a Romanian court ruled that they could only be extradited to the UK after Romanian proceedings concluded.

Released from custody, the Tates briefly traveled to Florida in early 2025 after a travel ban was lifted, then returned to Romania in March 2025, claiming innocence and intent to clear their names.
